AT&T is one of the few carriers that still offers an iPhone X. The phone is still new, so there may be some activation issues. Here are a few tips to help you get started:

  1. Make sure your iPhone X is fully charged.
  2. Go to AT&T’s website and sign in with your account information.
  3. Click on “My Account” in the top right corner of the screen and select “Activate My Device” under “My Devices & Services” on the left side of the page.
  4. Enter your Apple ID and password, and click on “Next” to continue.
  5. On the next page, you will be asked to choose a plan and activate your device. If you have an AT&T Next plan, select that option and continue with step 6; if not, select “Activate My Device Without A Plan” and enter your payment information. You will then be prompted to enter a 4-digit security code provided when you purchased your iPhone X from Apple or online at AT&T’s website (if you have already activated your device).
