Xbox 360 Slim owners can rejoice, as it seems that they may be able to play Blu-ray discs. Microsoft has been known to make some changes to the console firmware in order to allow for this, so it’s not a total surprise that they would do so with the Xbox 360 Slim. However, there is still some uncertainty as to whether or not this will actually work. Some users have had trouble playing Blu-ray discs on their Xbox 360 Slims, while others have had no issues whatsoever. So until Microsoft releases a definitive statement on the matter, we’ll just have to wait and see.
