If you’ve been using OkCupid for a while, you may have noticed that your account has been reset. This is because the company is working on a new platform that will be more user-friendly and easier to use. If you’re not sure if your account has been reset, or if you just want to check to see if your data is still valid, here’s how:
- Log into your OkCupid account and click on the “Account Settings” button. This will take you to a page where you can see whether or not your account has been reset. If it has, please enter in the email address that we sent you when we set up the new platform, and we’ll process your request as soon as possible.
- If your account hasn’t been reset yet, but you want to check to see if all of your data is still valid, please click on the “Data” button at the top of this page and enter in all of the information that we asked for when setting up our new platform. Please make sure to include both your name and email address so that we can process your request as soon as possible.
