If you’re like many people, you probably have a Planet Fitness account that you use to track your workouts and progress. But what if you want to keep using that account even after you close your membership? You can freeze your account so that it continues to work even after your membership expires. To freeze your account, go to planetfitness.com/accounts and sign in. On the left side of the screen, under “My Account,” click “Freeze My Account.” You’ll need to provide your email address and password, and then click “Submit.” Once your account is frozen, it will continue to work even if you cancel or lose your membership.
