Verizon customers have long been able to delete their call history, but the company is now making the process easier. Starting on July 1, customers can go to Verizon’s website and click on the “My Account” tab. There, they will find a new “Call History” section that includes a “Delete Call History” button. Verizon says that this change is in response to customer feedback. Many people have said that they want more control over their call history and want to be able to delete old calls without having to go through complicated menus or search engines.
