If you’ve been unhappy with your Fitbit experience, there are a few ways to get rid of your account and start over. First, you can delete your account by going to the Account Settings page and clicking on the “Delete My Account” button. This will remove your account from all devices associated with it, including the website and app. If you want to keep some of your data but ditch the Fitbit device, you can export your data to a CSV file and import it into a new account. To do this, go to the Account Settings page and click on the “Export Data” button. You will then be prompted to select which data you want to export: activity history, sleep data, or steps taken. Once you have exported your data, you can import it into a new account by going to the Account Settings page and clicking on the “Import Data” button. ..

This is where your fitbit dashboard will pop up and it should show all of your information on there such as how many steps you walked today or how far you ran in a week. If this isn’t what you want to see at first glance then go ahead and navigate down to the icon that says “Settings” and select the option for “Account Settings”. From here, go ahead and uncheck any options with FitBit branding in them so they are no longer visible when viewing your fitbit dashbaord. Once unchecked, hit save changes (located at the bottom right corner). This will now remove those items from view but still keep all other aspects of your fitbit account intact.

If you want to go a step further and delete your whole fitbit account, then it’s as simple as navigating through the steps mentioned above until you reach the Account Settings page again (same place where we unchecked those FitBit branded items). From there, select “Deactivate this fitbit user.” This will permanently remove all of your information from that fitbit dashboard so make sure if anything was on there which is important to save beforehand. You’ll also get an email confirmation when deactivating just in case you have any doubts about removing everything. So there ya have it!
