Instacart is a service that allows customers to order food and groceries online. If you cancel your Instacart membership, you may not be able to order food or groceries until the membership is reinstated.
You will still see the cancelled status on your account until we process this request which may take up to three weeks. If it does not show as pending after those subsequent 3 weeks or if you’d like Instacart to speed up that process please contact us and include cancellation confirmation number (if available) from your email confirming the cancellation so we can help expedite the process for you as necessary. Please Note: If you cancel within 30 days of signing up and you have not placed any orders, you will be charged a $35 fee.
Yes! After each delivery, we email a receipt to you and the customer, which shows items that were purchased and how much they cost. You can find these receipts in your account under Orders > [ORDER DETAILS] > Receipts. You may also contact Instacart Customer Support for access to reports or individual order items/line item details if necessary (all at no charge).
